The Ludington Offshore Classic is one of the premier Great Lakes sports fishing tournaments. Ludington is considered one of, if not the best port on the Great Lakes for trout and salmon fishing, with tremendous facilities and a downtown within blocks of our marinas.
In the past 3 decades, more fishing charters have originated, and more trout and salmon have been caught out of the port of Ludington than any port in the state of Michigan. The waters between Big Sauble Point to the north and Little Sauble Point to the south offer the big-lake angler some of the most exciting fishing to be found on Michigan's Gold Coast.
